Happy Thursday Reader! One of the biggest misconceptions about social media is that consistency means constant posting. In reality, consistency is about rhythm - not volume. It’s about choosing a schedule you can maintain, content you feel good sharing, and a pace that fits into your real life. Showing up twice a week, intentionally, will always be more effective than posting every day for a week and then disappearing for a month. If social media feels heavy right now, it might be a sign that your expectations need adjusting, not your effort increasing. Here’s a simple reset:
